All throughout the day, I'm literally constantly eating.  I never stop.  I occasionally feel slightly bad about it at work (though not bad enough to stop) because of all the crinkling and other food-related noises I make.  Just yesterday, I put an honest effort into muffling the sound of shoveling food in my mouth (ya know the sound when you're pouring a bag of chips into your open mouth and the pitch changes depending on how wide your mouth is open? - yeah that noise).  I would say, on average, during my 9-hour work day, I'm eating for about 7 of those hours.  And the only reason I'm not eating during those other two hours is because it's right before lunch or right before I go home to dinner.  I think I have a problem.  And what I don't understand is how other people don't eat.  How can people make it through an entire day without eating between meals?  This baffles me.  And by the way, I'm eating as I write this. #food
