This Flickr pool is a collection of pictures of signs with misused or overused quotation marks (via Boing Boing).  I actually took a picture in Seattle of a sign in a parking lot that said, Welcome "We Care" (and I added it to the Flickr pool).  What exactly is that sign trying to say?  By using the quotation marks around a legitimate idea, does it make it illegitimate?  In other words, does the parking lot not really care?  Is it like a wink or an elbow prod?  All in all, it's a very confusing sign and definitely picture-worthy. #entertainment
