After moving to the new server, zenphoto wasn't working at all.  After several trials and errors, I upgraded to the latest version (I was using version 0.9 for a while) and changed one of the "optional" options in the config file.  I uncommented the line and made it point to the right directory:  define('WEBPATH', '/pic');.  I had to add another function to properly display the gallery URL, but that might've also been a problem with the WEBPATH variable.  I'm not completely sure.  Either way, it works now.
