This guy knows what he's talking about.  I agree with him on all points, except maybe #4.  I agree in theory:  Driving faster doesn't save you much time.  But in practice, sometimes I just want to pass the person in front of me who's going 30 mph so that I can go a comfortable 32 mph.  All part of the crazy little game I play.
